The Town of East Hartford, Connecticut, has released a request for proposals (RFP) on a sports facility P3 project.
Under the plans, private partners will deliver a new ‘sports bubble’ with supporting infrastructure.
The project will be delivered through a long-term, design, build, finance, operate and maintain structure.
