Phoenix air cargo P3 tendered

A contract notice has been issued seeking bidders for the development of an air cargo facility at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

The revenue contract solicitation (RCS) is seeking interested parties to design, build, finance, operate/lease and maintain a best-in-class air cargo facility.

Covering 28 acres, the project will provide more capacity to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which already has two cargo facilities that are currently at capacity.

According to an indicative timeline, a preferred bidder will be selected in June, with work commencing on site the following month..

Responses to the tender are due by January 25, 2023. A pre-response meeting for the project will be held on November 17, 2022, with questions to be submitted no later than November 29. To read the tender documents, click here.
