Dublin appoints PPP housing advisors

Dublin City Council has appointed financial advisors to support its housing plan, which include the use of PPPs.

The council has appointed Mazars to assist the city as it looks to adhere to public spending code requirements that utilise lifecycle-based approaches to housing projects, including considering alternative methods for delivery and value for money considerations.

Projects will include PPPs, regeneration projects and affordable housing developments.

Last week, Ireland’s National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) issued a prior information notice (PIN) for its three upcoming social housing bundle PPP projects.
