The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham issued a prior information notice for the project back in May, with an estimated date of 1 October for the launch of the tender.
However, while that date has passed, work remains ongoing to develop the project, with the business case and procurement documents still in development.
The council’s cabinet recently approved the procurement strategy for the project, which will see a private partner design, build, finance and maintain the second part of the package: the more substantial strengthening works that will be undertaken once the initial stabilisation process is complete.
