The Welsh Education Partnership Company (WEPCo) has reached financial close on its second project - its first bundle - within a month after closing the first deal.
WEPCo has agreed a deal with Rhondda Cynon Taf to deliver three Net Zero schools: Pontyclun Primary, Llanilltud Faerdref Primary and Penygawsi Primary.
Morgan Sindall will provide construction work on the schools, with Robertson providing facilities management services.
Debt on the deal was provided by Nord LB, alongside the Development Bank of Wales.
The deal comes just weeks after the WEPCo signed the £34m Flintshire all-through campus school, which was the first scheme to be signed by the WEPCo since its formation to deliver schools and further education colleges across Wales.
