French firm Vinci has announced a deal to acquire a majority share of the Entrevias highway concession.
Vinci picked up a 55% share from Patria fund.
Split across two motorways, the concession covers over 570km of highway in São Paulo and Minas Gerais. The concession will run until 2047.
Vinci said the deal marks the continuation of its expansion plans in Latin America, building on its footholds in Colombia and Peru.
