Engineering firm WSP has continued its acquisition spree, picking up Australian firm Entruct.
Entruct is a specialised structural and civil engineering firm, with around 75 staff across Australia.
Over the last few years, WSP has made a series of acquisitions as it looks to bolster its global reach and expertise. The pick-ups include BG Consulting Engineer, John Wood Group, Golder, Capita and RPS.
The acquisition is expected to be completed early next year following regulatory approvals.
“Our firms have a highly complementary client base, a common focus on the healthcare, education, defence and transport sectors and a shared commitment to excellence,” said Guy Templeton, WSP’s Asia Pacific chief executive officer.
