In an exclusive interview, Crowe said the Dubai-based office is set to be the launchpad for a new pipeline of local activities by the firm.
Plenary, which already has an office in the UAE’s capital emirate Abu Dhabi, is focused on “building a team locally to pursue opportunities and manage investments in Abu Dhabi and UAE more broadly and the region”, Crowe said.
“We have confidence in the UAE government’s commitment of attracting private capital investment in the pursuit of PPP and PPP-like projects, and we are investing in establishing a team locally to partner with the government in delivering these projects,” he added.
