The Danish Defence Intelligence Service (DDIS) has signed a PPP deal for its new home in Copenhagen.

Domestic firm MT Højgaard and PensionDanmark will work together on the project.

Under the plans, the £237m (DKK2bn) facility will be delivered through a 30-year PPP, the largest project to use the model in the country.

“We are proud to be trusted with this important assignment in close cooperation with other skilled and experienced players,” said Henrik Mielke, chief executive officer of MT Højgaard.
