As we reported yesterday, Erwan Fournis has left the company after three years, including the last two as Operis’ global head of project finance.

The departure will see Operis’ advisors now report directly to David Colver, chief executive and the co-founder of the business.

“They are working on several transactions expected to close in the coming months, supported by a number of ADs and managers devoted to advisory work, with one of the largest analytical teams to draw on for further reinforcement,” said Colver.

“We look forward to continuing to serve our clients on further transactions.”

He also paid tribute to Fournis’s work at the company, adding: “I consider it a privilege for me and for Operis to have worked with Erwan for over three years. He has been an unfailingly courteous and dedicated colleague.”
