Algoma University, Ontario, has released a request for proposals (RFP) on a student housing P3 project.
Private partners will design, build, finance and maintain a 350-450 student residence on its Brampton campus.
Responses are due July 5, 2023. Questions must be submitted by June 16. The tender can be found by clicking here.
The project is the latest in a line of student accommodation P3s across Canada; last month, fellow-Ontario university Lambton College released a request for qualification on its own accommodation P3.
