Orange County, Florida, has released a request for proposals (RFP) on its materials recovery facility P3 project.
Under the plans, private partners will deliver a new recycling plant for the county’s recycling program, and with space for the larger regional needs of residential and commercial recycling.
The winning team will design, build, finance ,operate and maintain the facility.
