The University of Memphis has released a request for proposals (RFP) on a student housing P3 project.
Private partners will deliver a new university housing complex on the establishment’s Park Avenue Campus.
The project will be delivered through a design, build, finance and maintain P3, running for up to 30 years.
In a previous statement on the project, the university said “the added facilities will help us meet our campus housing needs”.

The tender makes the third in a flurry of Tennessee university P3s to come forward this week, the others being an RFI by the University of Tennessee-Knoxville for a stadium district project and Vanderbilt University’s energy P3.
