Belgian utilities cooperative Farys has released a tender for a logistics centre PPP.
Under the plans, the group is looking to consolidate its technical logistics activities in the Ghent region into one facility capable of serving its multi-modal needs. The project will also feature spaces for administration offices.
It will be delivered through a 30-year design, build, finance model, with the potential for maintenance to also be included.
