Major players in for Paraguay highway P3

The Paraguay Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) has seen 6 teams enter the race for the PY01 Route P3.

The teams that responded to the call for prequalifications are:

Under the plans, the winning team will deliver a major expansion and improvement of a 108km stretch of the PY01 highway between Cuatro Mojones and Quiindy under a 30-year concession.
