The recently re-established Colorado P3 Unit is set to open a search for P3 advisors as it ramps up the model’s usage across the state, P3 Bulletin understands.
Under the plans, the unit will look for legal, financial and technical P3 consultants to assist with project execution and advise on future projects.
Projects will likely be in the housing, childcare and mental health facilities sectors.
The tender is expected to be released later this year.
