The Washington State Government is looking for consultants to join its P3 statute overhaul efforts.
The state recently passed legislation enabling a working group to be formed that will support Washington State Department of Transportation's push to reform its statutes and boost its P3 ability.
The group will work to update the 2012 JTC P3 report findings and recommendations with any necessary changes and to deliver draft legislation that would balance public and private interests in P3s in Washington State, the tender says.
Under the plans, the consultants will provide insight into P3 education services, best practices and other alternate delivery expertise.
