Peru’s investment agency ProInversion has said five international teams have “shown interest” in its Ancón Industrial Park concession.
Under the plans, private partners will deliver a $750m new business hub near Lima under a concession contract.
According to officials, the project could be “the benchmark for other industrial park projects in the country”.
The interest is a vote of confidence in Peru’s burgeoning P3 pipeline, particularly after its flagship healthcare concession the Chimbote and Piura healthcare concession also attracted international attention in the initial stages of its procurement, but ultimately only pulled one bid.
