The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) has released a request for proposals (RFP) to shortlisted teams for its airport bundle P3 project.
Four teams were shortlisted out of eight entrants earlier this year, featuring major international players such as Vinci, Tikehau Star Infra and Aecom.
The winning team will deliver upgrades to the Cyril E. King Airport (CEKA) in St Thomas and the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (HERA) in St Croix, including redeveloping terminals at a cost of $100m each.
