The Province of Manitoba is looking for fairness advisors to help prepare its flagship P3 schools bundle procurement.
Earlier this year, the province revealed plans to deliver a number of new schools through a bundled P3 approach, which it recently said was “on track” to be completed by 2027.
The nine-strong bundle will be delivered through a design, build, finance and maintain contract.
