Peru’s private investment agency ProInversion is planning to award the first of a bundle of transmission P3 projects later this month.
The Piura Nueva – Frontera Substation 500 kV Transmission Line project will form a major part of the interconnection between Peru and Ecuador, running for 270km.
The four teams vying for the contract are:
Celeo Redes
Cobra Installations and Services
SAESP Electrical Interconnection
Alupar Perú
The 30-year concession will require around $223m of investment.
