The Government of Manitoba has released a request for qualifications (RFQ) on its schools P3 bundle.
Under the plans, private partners will deliver nine new schools under a single P3 contract.
The project will be delivered through a 30-year design, build, partially finance, and maintain contract.
According to the tender, the model will be used to “deliver innovation and value for money” while also to “optimize risk transfer”.
Responses to the tender are due October 4, 2023. Questions must be submitted by September 20. The tender can be found by clicking here.
