Fraiser takes Thames Water role

Andrew Fraiser, who recently co-led the review into behaviours in PFI contracts in the UK, has taken on a new role at Thames Water.

Fraiser has been appointed general counsel at the utility, which is in the process of delivering the massive Thames Tideway Tunnel project in London.

Fraiser has over two decades of experience in the PFI and PPP industry, having been a partner at Allen & Overy and then Ashurst, where he led the firm’s energy & infrastructure practice for the Americas.

Most recently, Fraiser co-led the report into PFI behaviours alongside Barry White, with the document being published last month.
