The City of San Diego is looking for consultants to help assess future P3 projects for fiber rollout.

The authority is looking to leverage federal broadband initiatives and focus on underserved and low-income communities as well as public serving city officials.

Included in the plans, the city will look to “identify public-private partnerships and how they can be leveraged to increase broadband access and affordability” - looking to incorporate financing models to find an optimal structure.

Responses are due September 12, 2023. A pre-proposal conference will take place on August 15. The tender can be found by clicking here.
