The Cintra-Meridiam consortium has reached financial close on a $400m package to further upgrade the North Tarrant Express P3 network.
The funds will go mainly towards capacity improvements to the project, which are required by the comprehensive development agreement, but are being done ahead of schedule.
Earlier this year, the consortium finished construction on the final phase of the project, which has seen the team deliver multiple sections in the region under an innovative P3 agreement. To read more about the inner workings of the project, read our deep dive with Meridiam’s Nicolas Rubio here.
