The report by Barry White and Andrew Fraiser has the potential to provide a seminal moment in the UK’s PFI sector, as it attempts to address issues surrounding poor behaviours and broken relationships in operational contracts.
During the online discussion, White will be joined by Matthew Vickerstaff, deputy chief executive of the IPA and head of the government’s Project Finance Profession; Robin Jack, legal director at DLA Piper, which helped spark the report through its Project Autumn initiative; and Stewart Orrell, head of asset management at InfraRed Capital Partners.
