The Brazilian Ministry of Environment and Climate Change has released a tender notice on its Chapada dos Guimarães National Park P3.
Under the plans, private partners will revitalize, operate and maintain the national park in Mato Grosso, which features major tourist and conservation sites.
The project is expected to require around $40m of investment over the long-term concession, including upgrading leisure infrastructure and other facilities.
The project was originally tendered in October last year, but was restarted by the Federal Court of Auditors to correct the bid guarantee percentages.
BNDES is advising on the deal.
