Larimer County, Colorado, has released a request for proposals (RFP) on its mixed-use leisure P3 project, The Ranch.
Private partners are being sought to regenerate a part of The Ranch, one of the state’s recreational hubs featuring major sporting teams including the Colorado Eagles.
The proposed development will be a mixed-use space with a circa 10,000-seater ice hockey stadium, with adjoining rinks and recreational spaces.
The project will utilize a design, build, finance, operate and maintain P3 agreement, which will in part be funded by a 0.15% countywide sales tax that was backed by voters in 2017.
Responses are due November 20, 2023. Questions must be submitted by October 2. The tender can be found by clicking here.
