The firm, which provides intelligent document software to help organisations manage complex contracts such as PPPs, has established Affinitext Arabia for Legal Technology.

Based in Riyadh, the new entity will be led by Affinitext chief executive Graham Thomson, who has relocated to the city to lead the firm’s expansion in the region.

“We are excited about working with our existing and new customers in the successful delivery of the visionary developments in the region,” the firm said.

PPP is increasingly being used by countries across the Middle East, with Saudi Arabia among those at the forefront of the developments, using the model across a range of sectors, including for its Neom mega-city.
