The Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) has voted unanimously to enter into three affordable housing P3 projects.

JHA has now entered a memorandum of understanding for the following projects:

  • A $108m, 431-unit apartment development with Tre Bel Housing, located near the I-10, I-95 interchange.
  • A $35.8m, 256-unit development with Integral Group to redevelop the Westwood Apartments site
  • An $8m regeneration with nonprofit LIFT JAX to the 102-unit Downtown East Apartments.

“These three projects show just how P3s can deliver more affordable and low-income housing to the Jacksonville market,” said JHA’s chairman Christopher Walker.
