Adrian Peacock, who spent 12 years to June 2022 as a managing director in the Dalmore team, has become managing director of banking & investments at the UKIB, where he will primarily focus on leading the bank’s equity activities.

The UKIB has recently made its first equity investment, and its head of banking Ian Brown told Partnerships Bulletin in July that he expects the institution to ramp up its equity activities in the coming months.

Peacock is joined at the bank by Nathalie Haller, who arrives from Korea Development Bank Europe, where she had been head of advisory for the firm’s EMEA project finance business for over five years. Prior to that she spent seven years working in the project finance and advisory business of Mizuho.

In her new role, Haller will lead on coverage of the industrials and supply chain sector for the UKIB.

The bank has also appointed Leah Higgins as a banking & investments analyst. She is currently completing a Masters in Finance and Investment following her degree in Banking and Finance.

During the podcast conversation, Brown also underlined that the bank will continue to grow its staff as it looks to establish itself in the market.
