The Government of Alberta, Canada, is looking to prequalify a pool of P3 advisors for future projects.
The province is looking for financial and transaction advisors to enter an umbrella agreement to provide services when called upon.

Alberta has long been a P3 hotspot in Canada, using the model to deliver major projects from schools bundles to railway lines. Recently, the government selected a team of advisors to help prepare the Red Deer Ambulatory Care P3 project. However, its use of P3 has not all been plain sailing: earlier this year the province cancelled the proposed P3 procurement for its fourth schools bundle.
