The SNC Lavalin group, which includes Atkins and Faithful+Gould, is to rebrand, with all companies operating under one umbrella brand.
Under the new name of AtkinsRéalis, the firm will become an “integrated offering” that will “draw upon [its] breadth and depth of global capabilities [to] maximize our ability to work seamlessly”.
The firm has undergone a transformation in recent years, including selling parts of its business and targeting high growth areas such as Net Zero and locations such as the Middle East.
“We have reached an inflection point so now is the right time to rebrand to AtkinsRéalis and reflect the exciting future ahead of us,” said Ian L. Edwards, president and chief executive of AtkinsRéalis.
