The Government of Kenya is looking to add expertise to its Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Directorate.

The unit is working with the World Bank to increase private investment, enabling the environment to “generate a pipeline of bankable PPP projects”, including by adding capacity and technical expertise.

As part of the push, the directorate is recruiting a new head of finance and a procurement expert.

Responses to the position are due 26 September 2023. More information can be found by clicking here.

Recent highlights in the county’s PPP push have included the release of a request for qualifications (RFQ) on a dam bundle and an agreement with the UK to ramp up infrastructure financing.
