Appalachian State University has joined forces with a private joint venture to deliver multiple blocks of employee housing units.
Under the joint venture partnership, the Harrison Street & Radnor consortium will deliver 156 units of employee housing spaces, built in five multi-story blocks.
The private team will finance the project, through a 501c3 ownership structure (whereby the organization is exempt from federal income tax) to enhance affordability.
