Minister for Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform, Paschal Donohoe, has published the Prospects 2023/24 report, which highlights 50 of the largest individual projects that make up the Project Ireland 2040 programme.

Among the schemes on the list is the Social Housing PPP Bundle 3, with details of its procurement plans including an anticipated contract award date of the third quarter of 2024.

It also lists the Dublin Family Courts (Hammond Lane) PPP deal, which is expected to begin procurement in the final quarter of 2024.

Further details on these projects, as well as others in the pipeline, are included in the report.

“Prospects 2023/2024 sets out a clear pipeline for 50 of the largest individual projects that make up Project Ireland 2040,” said Donohoe. “This pipeline spans projects which are currently at planning and appraisal to projects which are completing construction this year.”
