Huerfano County has released a request for qualification (RFQ) on its housing P3 program.
Under the plans, private partners will be sought to deliver affordable housing for residents on a 29 acre lot in the Gardner region.
A “creative” master developer is being sought to enter into a P3 to develop “economically and environmentally sustainable affordable and attainable housing”.

Colorado recently expanded its P3 legislation to enable housing developments to be delivered using the model. On the back of the updates, Colorado’s Middle Income Housing Authority (MIHA) is looking for financial advisors to help provide project finance advice on future projects.
