Colorado’s recently created P3 Office is looking for legal advisors to help bolster its procurement preparation.
The legal team will join with the office for five years as it embarks on its mission of bolstering P3 use in sectors such as affordable housing, childcare and broadband.
As well as project preparation, the advisors will work with the team in “earning the trust and confidence of the market”.
