The agency is planning to deliver the new Dublin Family Courts facility through a 25-year design, build, finance, operate and maintain contract, and has now issued a contract notice seeking advisors for the scheme.
The development will see a new five-storey family law complex constructed in the city, part of which will be subterranean.
External technical advisors are being sought to provide civil and structural engineering services, mechanical and electrical engineering services, project supervisor design process (PSDP), and quantity surveying.
Responses are due by 27 October, 2023. The contract notice can be found by clicking here.
Earlier this year, Minister for Justice Simon Harris announced that the Family Courts project at Hammond Lane would continue as a PPP, while two Garda facilities were removed from the bundle to instead be funded directly through exchequer funds.
