Veteran highway P3 concessionaire team awarded the Parana Lot 2 project.
Brazil’s National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) has awarded a major bundle of highways in the second lot of the Parana P3 program.
The Consórcio Infraestrutura PR was the sole bidder on the project, offering a 0.08% discount on the project.
The team is made up of EPR 2 Participações SA and Perfin Voyage, a combination which already has three state concessions in Minas Gerais in its portfolio.
The project is Lot 2 of the Parana highway program, covering 605km between the port of Paranaguá, Curitiba and the north of the state. The deal will see over $3bn invested into duplications and upgrades.
“This investment cycle will bring the state of Parana closer to the state of Sao Paulo in terms of attracting investment and business from Brazil,” said Renan Filho, Minister of Transport.
