Italy’s Council of State has confirmed the winner of the Turin highway network PPP.
The project was originally awarded in June 2021 by the Ministry for Infrastructure and Transport, but has now officially been ratified by the council.
A consortium of Fininc and Sacyr will take over the 320km network around the city, featuring the A21, A5, A4, Beltway and Pinerolo stretch.
The 12-year concession will see the consortium invest around €800m into the operational system.
