Public sector specialist Andreas Haak, Dr Lars Hettich and corporate specialist Dr Michael Krömker have joined Pinsent Masons’ Dusseldorf office.

Haak was Dentons’ Dusseldorf office managing partner and co-head of the firm’s public sector group, and specialises in areas including public procurement, privatisation and PPP transactions.

Hettich specialises in public commercial law, state aid and public funding advising predominantly public sector bodies on the implementation of complex domestic and multinational procurement projects.

Meanwhile, Krömker is an experienced corporate partner with expertise in a number of areas, including joint ventures and corporate reorganisation across a range of sectors, including infrastructure.

“With an excellent track record on both domestic and multinational mandates, our new partners and legal directors will be an asset to our firm in supporting our multinational client base as we double down on developing our German practice,” said head of Germany at Pinsent Masons, Thomas Peschke.
