Ksenia Kochemasova and Merle Lambden are joining as associate directors.

Prior to joining the firm, Kochemasova worked on multiple flagship UK infrastructure initiatives such as the New Hospital Programme, HS2 and Thames Tideway. Lambden joins from Thames Water, where she worked on the firm's wastewater investment plans.
