Timeline set for Infrastructure Ontario’s Science Centre Relocation P3 project.
Working alongside the Province’s Ministry of Infrastructure, private partners are set to be procured to deliver a “unique architectural and energy efficient flagship facility” at Ontario Place, fit with a multistorey, mixed-use development, underground carpark and a retrofit of the existing Cinesphere and Pod complex.
According to documents obtained by local news outfit Spacing,the new home for the Ontario Science Centre will be delivered through a DBFM P3 project.
The documents lay out a timeline of a December 2023 RFQ release, with an RFP out the following July.
