The Government of Dubai has unveiled a new PPP procurement and management platform aimed at bolstering the use of the model in the Emirate.

Dubbed DP3, the new platform will manage all stages of PPP projects from feasibility studies, through procurement to operations.

All government entities will be able to use the platform, which will help automate and facilitate the development and execution of projects.

“The new digital platform DP3 will enhance the governance of adoption and implementation of the PPP framework across various government entities in Dubai and enable DOF [Department of Finance] to set goals and objectives that will support expanding the implementation of this ecosystem in various sectors and across public services,” said Muna Ahmed Abdulla, director of capital projects at Dubai Department of Finance.
