The Government of Ukraine is eyeing potential toll road PPPs, having enlisted multilateral assistance.
The IFC is now looking for legal consultants to help bolster preparations, including helping review the current regulatory and legislative environment.
According to the IFC, the model is being sought to “ensure long-term sustainability of the Ukrainian road sector’s funding needs”.
