The National Western Center Authority, Colorado, has released a request for proposals (RFP) for its new major equestrian hub P3.
Under the plans, a large-scale major equestrian center, adjoining hotel and parking garage will be developed to deliver a new "vibrant" area of its flagship campus.
The project will utilize a DBFOM P3 for the hotel and a partial-financing DBF for the equestrian center.
According to the authority, the project will be developed in a “financially sustainable manner with capped risk exposure to the City and the potential to generate excess revenues to support campus and community initiatives.”
