The sole bidder on the Ontario Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Phase 1D Redevelopment P3 has submitted its proposals.
Infrastructure Ontario (IO) has received the bid from a PCL-led team, which was prequalified as the only bidder for the project in February 2022.
IO is seeking a partner to design, build and finance a new building to replace existing facilities for patients with complex mental illness.
The PCL team also includes Diamond Schmitt Architects & Architectural Resources as the design team, with TD Securities acting as financial advisor.
Infrastructure Ontario and CAMH will evaluate PCL’s proposal and if successful, negotiate the terms for a contract, anticipated late 2023.
