The University of Thessaly, Greece, has selected a preferred bidder for its multi-site campus PPP project.
Intrakat SA has been selected as the winner, with financial close eyed within the next six months.
Under the plans, the firm will deliver 800 units of student accommodation, plus educational facilities, in Volos and Lamia.
The project is being delivered through a 30-year DBFM PPP contract, which was initially scoped to be worth around €94m.
