Professional services company Accenture has added another capital projects consultancy to its business, just months after acquiring Anser Advisory.
The company has added Canadian capital projects consulting firm Comtech Group to its portfolio.
Headquartered in Toronto, Comtech supports transportation, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, building, and power and utility companies in the public and private sectors. It focuses on large, long-term infrastructure projects, such as urban transportation, automotive manufacturing processes, renewable and nuclear power, and building rehabilitation.
Accenture completed its acquisition of Anser Advisory in August, buying it from Sterling Investment Partners. Like Anser, Comtech will join Accenture’s digital engineering and manufacturing service, Industry X.
“By combining Accenture and Comtech Group capabilities, we can better help deliver on our clients’ ambitious infrastructure programs,” said Aaron Saint, North America lead for Industry X at Accenture.
